Unable to Log In: No Licenses Available

This guide explains what happens when all SAFE Concurrent Access Licenses (CALs) are in use and you are unable to log into the system.

When this occurs, SAFE will display a notification indicating that no licenses are available.

What to Do Next:
  1. Wait a few minutes and try logging in again
  2. If access is urgently needed, contact your system administrator to review license usage
View Logged-In Users
To see who is currently using the available licenses:
  1. Click View Logged-in Users on the notification message.

  2. Review the list of active users currently logged into SAFE.

This can help you determine when a license may become available.

Important:

  1. You must have valid login credentials to access SAFE
  2. Users cannot be manually disconnected from SAFE to free up a license
