Person in Organization vs Person in a Case


This guide explains the difference between a person in an organization and a person in a case.

Person in your Organization
  1. SAFE is set up so that every person in your Organization is unique
  2. Enter a person one time and reuse that same person throughout the Organization
  3. A person can be used on the Checkout Screen, Item Entry Screen and other areas regardless of the Case Number
Person in a Case
  1. A person can also be assigned a role within a specific case
  2. A person can be added as a Type of person in a case
