- Search for all Cases you would like to pinpoint on the map:

- Select all cases, select “Export”, and select “All - CSV”, (If you are only mapping certain cases from your case search, then select all applicable cases, select “Export”, and select “Selected - CSV”

- SAFE will automatically redirect you to the Export Jobs page. Once your “Percent Complete” reaches 100. A download button will appear.

- Open your CSV file

- There will be columns that you will not need. Delete all columns with information you do not want on your map - Make sure you keep Offense Location and whatever you want to use to name/title these locations on your map. For example, this could be your Case Number, Offense Date, or a custom data form like Case Name.

Data with Columns Removed - I have decided I want my map to tell me the Case Number, Case Officer, Offense Type, Offense Location, Offense Date, and Case Name:

- Save your CSV spreadsheet.
- Once saved, open / sign into My Maps (https://mymaps.google.com/)
- Create a new map

- Name your map


- Import your CSV spreadsheet

- Choose which column you are using to pinpoint your locations:

- Choose which column you are using to name/title your locations: (For this example, I am going to use my custom data form for Case Names)

- Select Finish
